Very nice ride over the volcano eruption and flowing lava fields.
During my visit to Reykjavik I took a flight over Iceland in the morning and I took a ride in this Volcano express in the evening. Both rides are quite different and have a different ride system.
The Volcano Express can be found in the basement of Harpa, which was where I parked my car during my day in Reykjavik. The movie was very nice, flying over the volcano eruption and flowing lava field. The ride system is a moving seat with all kinds of effects during the movie. I really enjoyed this ride and the movie. Recommended !

I recommend doing after going around the island. So we recognized the places we flew over.
Be careful, no translation into French, but even if you don’t understand, it’s great.

AMAZING experience downtown Reykjavik in the beautiful Harpa Concert Hall. Admission fee is very fair, perfect duration and not too long and super entertaining the whole time. Small room and few seats so it´s a personal experience and I recommend this for the whole family. Not everyday you get to fly over a volcano in action!

Fun experience, like a Disney ride. But do be careful if you have a bad back, the chairs do move up and down and can be quite a jolt.

Thrilling, informative and excellent motion picture. We felt 9 minutes of movie time is short and it could have been bit longer. Overall a nice experience!

Absolutely fantastic Show. The only complain I had were the Sounds. Sometimes it was a bit too loud, what I also had mentioned to one of the Staff Members after the Show. But all in all it was amazing. Can't recommend more. ♡

Popped in here at The Harpa after a food tour (probably should have done it before the food tour:D)and had no wait to get tickets. Great little ride with a few surprises and a good immersion into the video.
Staff were very friendly and kind and would recommend a stop in to check it out!

The experience of the Volcano Express was excellent! The 9 minute ride is exciting and bumpy! The staff were friendly and professional. There was plenty of room to enjoy this experience. The crowd size was approximately 20 people. The theatre holds 30 people. Photos are not allowed to be taken during this ride. This ride was a fun thing to do while visiting Reykjavik. The admission is high for a 9 min ride! In my opinion, $2.990 isk is too much to charge for this experience. If the admission fee is in your budget you will enjoy this experience!
A very entertaining experience! The girls were all very friendly 😊 There's a show every 15 minutes, and while we waited we explored the Harpa Building, which is very beautiful.
